Sunnydays was registered as a business in August 2018
Sunnydays Rehab and Eldercare Needs were set up for the sale of Eldercare products and Rehab equipment to serve the needs of our ageing population. We have very recently started an online service to make it more convenient for our valuable customer's needs. Our business is to serve the older peoples needs in our society with affordable equipment and products.

Price of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at anytime to modify our discontinue the services (or any part or content thereof) without notice any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ERRORS OF INFORMATION ON SITE LISTING

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price through an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a typographical error, Sunnydays Rehab and Eldercare Needs shall have the rights to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect priced. This will apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

SHIPPING ORDER

Standard website order processing time is 3business days from the date order was originally placed.
Please note: Bulk orders or during public holiday applicable is Singapore, there will be delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We accept the following payment methods for online orders:
Cash on delivery and DBS / POSB online payment

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

Clients are entitled to modify the particulars of their order as long as it has not been processed yet. Send an email to sunnydays0795@gmail.com  or WhatsApp +6581253487 as soon as possible to modify or edit your order along with the order number and details of the requested change/s.

We allow cancellation of order as long as it has not been processed yet. However, if the payment has already been made, only 50% of the amount is refundable. Your refund credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-7working days. For bespoke or custom-made items, down payment is non-refundable.
